FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Orders Over $200)
As a token of appreciation for your support, Terra & Tide offers free domestic shipping through Sendle on Australian orders over $200. Should you require priority shipping or need your order by a specific date, we recommend selecting delivery via Australia Post at checkout.

Additional charges may apply for sending sale and bulky items. Some items may not be eligible for free shipping. In these cases, we will contact you directly to discuss shipping options.
Shipping time is estimated and begins from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of order. Delivery may take longer than expected due to factors such as invalid addresses or other unforeseen circumstances.
Our couriers (Australia Post, Aramex and Sendle) do not process freight on weekends here in Townsville, North Queensland.
Orders placed from midday Tuesday through to Monday morning will be shipped on Monday.
A limit of one (1) delivery address per order applies. If you are sending items to multiple recipients, please place a separate order for each recipient or contact us directly.
In most cases, you should receive your order within 2–3 business days, however the most accurate delivery information will come directly from the freight provider. Guaranteed next-day delivery is not available at this time.
International Shipping
For international orders, small items such as clothing, artwork, skincare, accessories, toys and some homewares will be shipped using Australia Post.
Selected regions have shipping rates available. Please contact us directly if you require assistance with international shipping.
Any costs associated with taxes, duties or charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Terra & Tide is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your postal service or government.
Unfortunately, bulky items are not available for international shipping.

Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at terraandtide@hotmail.com within seven (7) working days of placing your order so we can investigate.

Terra & Tide is committed to providing quality products and service. We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that pricing is accurate.
In the event that an ordered item is unavailable or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within two (2) business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.
